Refund Policy

Grow10x Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2025

At Grow10x, we are committed to transparency and fairness in all matters related to tuition and refunds. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund if you decide to cancel or withdraw from your program. Please read this policy carefully before making any enrollment or withdrawal decisions.

Cancellation Policy & 100% Refund

If you cancel your enrollment in accordance with the terms below, all payments made by you, or on your behalf, will be refunded in full (100%). You may cancel your enrollment and receive a complete refund any time within 14 calendar days from the latest to occur of:

  • The date you sign your Enrollment Agreement;
  • The date you make an initial payment;
  • Your first log-in to the Grow10x platform as recorded in our system activity logs; or
  • Your Program Start Date as specified in your Enrollment Agreement.

How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, you must submit a Grow10x Withdrawal Request Form. In the event of any dispute over timely notice, you bear the burden of proof of service.

Withdrawal & Pro-Rata Refund Policy

If you withdraw from your program after the 14-day cancellation period but before completing 60% of your enrollment period, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund. The date of withdrawal is determined by when the Grow10x Withdrawal Request Form is received by our team, or when you are notified of termination for a policy violation, whichever is later.

Pro-Rata Calculation: A pro-rata refund shall be no less than the total amount owed by you for the portion of the educational program provided, subtracted from the amount paid by you.

How the Refund is Calculated:

  1. Step 1: Determine the total tuition charges for your enrollment period as stated in your Enrollment Agreement.
  2. Step 2: Divide the total charges by the total number of calendar days in your enrollment period to calculate the daily charge.
  3. Step 3: Multiply the daily charge by the number of calendar days you were enrolled (from your start date to your withdrawal date) to determine the amount owed.
  4. Step 4: Subtract the amount owed from the total amount you have paid. The result is your refund amount.

Refund Calculation Examples

Example 1: Refund Due

You enrolled in the Digital Marketing program on March 1. You decide to withdraw on March 25. The total tuition is $4,500, of which you prepaid $1,500. The program length is 112 days.

  • Daily charge: $4,500 ÷ 112 = $40.18
  • Days enrolled: March 25 - March 1 = 24 days
  • Amount owed: $40.18 × 24 = $964.32
  • Refund: $1,500 (prepaid) - $964.32 (owed) = $535.68 refund

Example 2: Balance Due

You enrolled in the Data Science & Analytics program on January 15. You decide to withdraw on May 20. The total tuition is $7,500, of which you prepaid $2,000. The program length is 245 days.

  • Daily charge: $7,500 ÷ 245 = $30.61
  • Days enrolled: May 20 - January 15 = 125 days
  • Amount owed: $30.61 × 125 = $3,826.25
  • Balance due: $2,000 (prepaid) - $3,826.25 (owed) = -$1,826.25 balance owed to Grow10x

Non-Refundable Tuition

Important: A refund is only possible before 60% of your enrollment period has passed. If you withdraw after completing 60% or more of your program, no refund will be issued.

Example: No Refund Scenario

You enrolled in the Software Engineering (Full-time) program on February 1. You decide to withdraw on June 1. Since 120 days have passed in a 140-day program, you have completed approximately 86% of your enrollment period. According to this policy, no refund will be issued.

Important Notes

  • Leaves of absence, suspensions, extensions, or changing programs do not extend your enrollment period for refund calculation purposes.
  • Any bank fees, loan interest, commissions, or other financial costs incurred through third-party financing are non-refundable. Grow10x does not provide financial services and does not benefit from your financing arrangements.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Processing of approved refunds may take up to 30 business days from the date of withdrawal approval.
