Welcome to Grow10x! These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain the rules for using our websites, mobile apps, and educational programs or courses. When we say "Grow10x," "we," or "us," we mean Grow10x LLC and our affiliated companies and partners.
These Terms apply to your use of the Grow10x website, educational platform, our mobile apps, and any related features, resources, or educational programs and courses we offer (collectively, the "Grow10x Service" or "Service"). By clicking "Continue," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Grow10x Service.
Some parts of the Service may have extra rules or terms ("Additional Terms"). If so, we will let you know and provide those terms for you to review. By using those parts of the Service, you agree to follow the Additional Terms as well.
Grow10x offers advanced professional training programs and skill-building courses ("Programs"). When you successfully complete a Program (as determined by Grow10x), you will receive a certificate of completion ("Certificate"). If you do not complete a Program, you may receive a certificate of attendance.

To participate in a Grow10x Program, you must first register for an account. During registration, you will need to provide some personal information. Grow10x will use this information according to our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to make sure that all information you provide during registration, and any time after, is true, accurate, and complete. If your information changes, you must update it promptly to keep it current and correct.
When you sign up as a new user on the Grow10x website, you must fill out the registration form with valid information. You are also required to update this information if anything changes. Grow10x may ask you at any time to verify the information you provided and may request supporting documents. If the information you provide does not match what you submitted at registration, Grow10x may deny you access to your account.
As part of creating your account, you may be asked to choose a username and password. Grow10x can refuse or revoke your chosen username for any reason, including if it is offensive, impersonates someone else, is illegal, or could cause confusion. You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share, transfer, or resell your account or access to the Service to anyone else.
IMPORTANT:
YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT. GROW10X WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO ADEQUATELY SAFEGUARD YOUR PASSWORD OR FOR ANY ACTIONS OCCURRING UNDER YOUR PASSWORD.
This means that you are fully responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you do not keep your username and password secure, Grow10x is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result.
To help maintain a safe and respectful community, you agree to follow Grow10x's Code of Conduct. You also agree not to use the Grow10x Service to:
You also agree not to use any automated systems (such as robots, spiders, or offline readers) to access the Grow10x Service.
You are required to pay the current tuition fees for any Program you enroll in. You must pay your Tuition Fees in advance using one of the payment methods we provide. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars, unless we agree otherwise.
To make our courses accessible to everyone, Grow10x offers different payment methods. You can choose to pay your full Tuition Fees up front or make recurring payments.
You are entitled to cancel your enrollment and receive a full (100%) refund of the Tuition Fees made by you or on your behalf, provided you cancel within 14 calendar days of enrollment or program start.
To cancel your enrollment or withdraw from the Program, you must contact us at support@grow10x.io.
The content on the Grow10x Service, including videos, clips, photos, text, software, scripts, graphics, sounds, music, interactive features and the like (collectively, the "Content") and all trademarks, design marks, logos and materials are owned by Grow10x or its affiliates or licensors and are subject to copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights under U.S. and international laws.
What You Can and Cannot Do:
Grow10x allows you and other users to post and share content, such as work samples, messages, and comments (collectively called "User Content") to any resources of the Grow10x Service. Most of the time, anything you post on Grow10x will be visible to all users of the Service.
You guarantee that you own or have the rights to share your User Content, and that your content does not violate anyone else's rights, including copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights or any other legal or moral rights of any third party.
Grow10x usually does not review User Content before it is posted, but it can review and remove User Content at any time. Grow10x can also at its discretion remove any User Content or block your access to Grow10x Services in case your User Content violates these Terms.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
YOU USE THE GROW10X SERVICE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE GROW10X SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROW10X AND ITS AFFILIATES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE GROW10X SERVICE.
Please note that our services are not customized to your individual educational background or professional requirements. We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from using our services.
Grow10x and its affiliates do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content available through the Grow10x Service. It is your responsibility to make sure that the services meet your professional goals and are appropriate for your current level of education and experience.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GROW10X OR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF REVENUES, PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GROW10X SERVICE.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GROW10X'S LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO GROW10X FOR THE SERVICE.
You agree to protect, defend, and not hold Grow10x, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents responsible for any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees that they may face as a result of:
The Grow10x Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, you are not permitted to use the Grow10x Service.
You confirm that you are either at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian to use the Grow10x Service, or are an emancipated minor.
These Terms of Use and all rights and obligations of the parties under them are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding any rules related to conflicts of law.
WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION:
BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO JOIN CLAIMS WITH THOSE OF OTHERS IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION OR SIMILAR PROCEDURAL DEVICE. ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF, RELATING TO, OR CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT MUST BE ASSERTED INDIVIDUALLY.
Grow10x may update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes to the Terms or our Privacy Policy will take effect as soon as they are posted.
By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please do not use the Grow10x Service and contact us immediately.
